We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again! Menopause is a beautiful process, and an important one too. Menopause marks the end of a wonderful decade, and the beginning of an even more inspiring one. Like with any changes, menopausal changes comes with its own set of discomforts, but menopause does not always have to been seen as an ugly process.
Every women’s journey with menopause is unique and different. During perimenopause, many menopausal symptoms will arise. Some women will notice signs of anxiety and a disability to focus. Others might feel extremely exhausted all the time because of their insomnia. But whatever it is, perimenopause will have some sort of influence in most women’s daily lives.

Let’s not only normalise menopause, but also start seeing it in a different light. Like Gwyneth Paltrow said, let’s rebrand how menopause is being seen. Afterall, menopause is kind of like your body’s natural way of rebranding.
You are still you, you are still that amazing, inspiring and wondering woman you are……just better! You are now in a new season and stage of life where you have different concerns and focuses, and you are equipped with the wisdom and knowledge from the lessons you have learned all previous decades.
